Rootical is hiring a Field Operations Intern to support in piloting a business model that combines syntropic agroforestry, water harvesting systems, solar energy access and presence based market systems in Soroti, Uganda.
About the role?
You’ll be:
🔸 Support farmer training in Syntropic agroforestry & water harvesting systems
🔸Mobilizing and training farmer groups
🔸 Linking farmers to markets and helping them sell their produce
🔸 Collecting data on yields, soil health, and adoption rates
🔸 Supporting the management of pay-as-you-use water/energy services
Location: Soroti, Uganda
Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
Stipend (transport, meals, comms)
