Reporting to the Senior Agency Training Officer, the Agency Training Executive will, under guidance, compile and implement the Agency Teams meetings, conduct monthly trainings. Keep running database of all the agents and the trainings, as well as agent activity in the Training Portal.

In addition, she/he will be highly confidential, the go to person with an analytical mind-set, proactive and self-driven, with ability to meet deadlines on short notice.

Principal Accountabilities
Coordinate information flow between the Trainer Representative and the entire training function.
Organize weekly meetings with each directorate.
Carry out quarterly needs’ analysis with each directorate.
Agency Meetings (Part Timers and Full Timers)
Draft the monthly meetings schedule and mobilize attendance.
Design a handout/flyer to circulate among agents to summarize the learning.
Conduct quarterly surveys to measure effectiveness.
Support in the Facilitation and mobilization for the Monthly Sales Congress
Implement the PRU Academy (Level 1)
Provide support for Rookies Development Program Graduation and receive the rookies graduating.
Conduct the weekly training sessions for interns (4 months to 6 months) – Level 1
Track and share progress reports with the Development function.
Oversee all communication from Agency Training Department to all agents that are eligible for the existing training.
Script Based Learning
Ensure implementation of script-based learning across all segments
Conduct spot tests quarterly for all existing agents within their 4 to 6 months.
Training reporting and analytics
To prepare weekly and monthly training reports accurately and timely
Other Duties
Perform any other duties as may be required.
