POSITION: HEAD OF OPERATIONS | JOB REF. NO: JHICU/OPS/08/2025
ROLE PURPOSE
Oversee and manage the operations of Jubilee Health Insurance Company of Uganda, ensuring efficient service delivery, driving business growth, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Developing and executing operational strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Overseeing key operational areas: Underwriting, Claims, Provider Relations, Care Management, and IT Operations
• Leading the company’s budget process and aligning it with strategic initiatives
•Providing leadership in developing and implementing short- and long-term strategic operational and financial objectives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
CII/Diploma in Insurance Qualification or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
