Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kampala for a Corporate & Business Development Lead at ITM Uganda. The role involves developing and implementing strategies for corporate growth and partnership development, managing client relationships, creating business proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Training and Development
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field
Proven track record in corporate development, business strategy, or related roles
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
