Sales and Marketing Lead

Overview
We are seeking a strategic professional to lead our sales and marketing activities, develop and execute strategies, and drive business growth in our dynamic IT company.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
· Identify/Pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
· Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

Marketing Strategy and Execution
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
· Oversee the creation of marketing content.
· Collaborate with product development for marketing initiatives.
· Analyze marketing performance metrics.Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 1 to 2 years’ experience in a sales/marketing role, preferably in IT.
· Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools is an added advantage
· Results-driven with a track record of achieving targets.
