About the role
The Repair Center Lead Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, including process development, spare parts management, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves leading a team of technicians, optimizing repair workflows, managing inventory, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
